Know Your Zone: Emergency Evacuation Routes

It’s important to know the primary and secondary evacuation routes if an incident requires residents to quickly exit the Lake Holiday community. These routes are as follows:

  • Main gate leading to Redland Rd. (Route 701) – exit route is always open.
  • Lakeview Rd. leading to Whitacre Rd. (Route 703) – notification is sent when the gate is open (see map).
  • South Lakeview Rd. leading to Ebenezer Church Rd. (Route 705) – notification is sent when the gate is open (see map).

Signs identify the unpaved evacuation routes for the Glen Wood/southside area (for residents on the other side of the dam) and the North Wood Hills/Oak Ridge gate, also referred to as the “back gate”.
