Buildings & Grounds, Lake Plan Community Clean-Up

The Buildings & Grounds and Lake Committees are planning a community-wide clean-up for Saturday, April 27, during which volunteers will collect trash from the roadways and lake shore. Volunteers in pick-up trucks will then collect the bags of trash and take them to the trash facility.

The community will be divided into areas, and the volunteers will select an area in which to work. Trash bags and gloves will be provided and maps showing the areas will be handed out. Volunteers should report to the Lake Holiday Clubhouse at 9:00 a.m. and plan to be finished by noon. The pick-up truck brigade will then begin the work of collecting the trash bags from the sides of the roads. Construction materials and anything else not accepted at the trash facility are not included in the clean-up, but may be reported to the Administration staff.
