Want to come to class? Classes begin on the second Wednesday of June and continue until the second Wednesday in September when the water is too cold to exercise.
Weekend Classes begin on Saturday and Sunday the weekend following the the second Wednesday of June.
Buy your class on-line and bring your receipt to class! Classes Wednesday @ 1:30-2:30 and Saturday and Sunday 9 AM – 10 AM from Beach One at Lake Holiday.
We supply water fitness equipment, or use your own or buy your own from SPLASH! If it’s raining or inclement weather, bring a mat and we’ll have a luxurious stretch class on the patio outside the clubhouse (until it is open for classes again!).
