Please fill out the following form to request a Member account for LakeHolidayCC.org website. Your account request will be manually reviewed by office staff during normal business hours.  If you need assitance, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.

  • In order to be approved as a Lake Holiday website member, you must provide your full name, Lake Holiday property address, email address, section, and lot number.
  • Your Full Name should be entered using the upper/lowercase letters, punctuation and spacing as indicated. This Full Name will be used in the Member Directory and mailing lists.
  • Strength indicator
  • While this is optional, it is highly recommended as we now support SMS and text messaging for emergency notifications.
  • Please identify your Membership Type to facilitate our approval process:
    - Visitors are looking at property or requesting additional information from the Office.
    - Tenant or Renter.
    - Property Resident: I live at the Property, but I'm not on the Deed.
    - Property Owner: I am on the Property Deed.
  • Please enter a number from 0 to 2000.
  • Which physical street is your property on?
  • Please enter only the street number. If the address is 1045 Lakeview Dr, please enter 1045.
