January Highlights

A rough start to 2019 on the revenue side, delinquencies by homeowners hit a 12-month high at 16%. This resulted in assessment revenues coming in -$21,000 under budget. On the plus side, operating expenses were managed very well, total operating expenses came in 15.7% under budget. Cash flows for the period showed a net increase of $75,552 as Lake Holiday starts the new year on solid financial ground.
