Each property in our community is allowed only one email address for voting. This means that all owners of the same property must use the same email address for electronic voting. If you own a property with others, make sure to talk to them and agree on a single email address to use for voting. If a new email address is formally submitted by another owner for the same property, please remember that only the most recently provided email will be used for voting. All previous email addresses will no longer be valid for voting purposes. In simple terms: One property equals one email address for voting. When an owner submits a formal change, the last email address provided becomes the official one.

Oddly enough... not all properties have addresses that 'fit' into our model for US Postal Service addresses because some properties have not been assigned details yet. Please verify the details here.
