Completed in 2007, the beautiful 10,000 square-foot Clubhouse, fully-equipped for hosting community meetings and recreational events, is enjoyed by members and guests.  The Clubhouse is the center for a variety of activities including book clubs; group and community social activities; Board of Directors and committee meetings; fitness center use as well as private functions.  Additionally, the Clubhouse may be rented for weddings, gatherings, and other significant events.  Those renting the Great Room may use a modern, fully-equipped kitchen, seating and tables, a portable dance floor, an audio-visual system, and Wi-Fi guest access.

The Great Room

Located in the lower level, the fitness center may be used free-of-charge with a facility access card which may be obtained for a nominal fee.  In the past few years, a nautilus system and new treadmills were added.  The fitness center enjoys excellent membership usage around the clock, accommodating virtually any schedule.

The picnic area outside of the rear of the Clubhouse presents magnificent views of the Lake from one end to the other.  It’s the next-door neighbor to Beach I and is appropriately equipped with picnic benches (both on the wraparound Clubhouse deck and in and amongst the trees), fixed charcoal grills, and is but a hop, skip, and a jump to the large fishing pier deck.

And what community centerpiece would be complete without the centrally-located Administrative Office, with the friendly and hard-working staff managing the day-to-day operations and expertly serving the members of the community with all of their Association needs…

From work, to play, to fun, to fitness and more, the Lake Holiday Clubhouse has it all, including a privately run snack shop in the lower level which serves the community during the splendid “non-wintry” months when activities in and around the Clubhouse reach their peak!  The Clubhouse also has both indoor and outdoor shower and restroom facilities for the enjoyment of the membership!
